8 x 250m intervals with 250m recoveries. Nice evening, a little on the warm side at 90 degrees when I started. 85 degrees, 32% humidity, DP 52 and wind SSE at 5 mph when I finished. Nailed the intervals again, feeling really good about my speed work right now. Good workout.
