Ugh! Tried to get my run in early before it got too hot but evidently I didn't get that accomplished! 82 degrees, 40% humidity, wind SSW at 14 mph. UV index 9, very high. Supposed to be 6 x 1 mile strength intervals with .25 mile recoveries. After the first 3 into the wind I had enough and just halfway ran the last ones. Very hot and sunny. Not a great confidence booster but if it is 82 degrees at the marathon it isn't going to happen there either.
Interval splits were 7:33, 7:29, 7:44, 8:31, 8:37 and 8:11. It was hot and sunny.
