Warm one out there today! 86 degrees, 21% humidity, wind SSW at 15 mph. Intervals in the park by the office. Supposed to be 4 x 800m at 8:00 pace with 250m recoveries followed by 4 x 250m at 7:00 pace with 250m recoveries. Based on audio cues I think I ran the 800's too fast and the 250's too slow, but you never know until you check it after the fact. Overall 8:39 avg pace counting warmup and cooldown. 158 avg HR. Seemed like a good workout anyway.
