Easy run at the house before work. Nice morning, 59 degrees, 92% humidity, wind E at 13 mph. Feeling the 47 miles from the previous 6 days a little. This gets me over 50 miles in the last 7 days. Not going to get to run tomorrow so that will give my legs a rest.
