M5M race at LCU. 54 degrees, 82% humidity, wind WSW at 8 mph. Felt really good but started out a little too fast and it got me there at the end. Course wasn't marked the best and a little long. Oh well, it was for a good cause. Avg pace 6:58. 4th Overall out of about 80 people. 1st in my age group.
