Notes

16x200m uphill with downhill jog recovery. Might have been a little longer than 200 but I felt pretty good nonetheless. It was unusually cold outside, even for this winter. Wind chill was around ten below and it didn't feel good at all running into it. Excitement is definitely building for this season, but so are nerves. Am I ready enough? Time will tell
