3xmile. Good day for a workout and I felt better than I thought I was going to. Took them all out pretty hard and tried to relax as best as I could. Weather was almost perfect and that helped a lot. Coach said to start out at 5:10 but the 5:01 didn't feel too hard and I was happy I dipped under 5 on the last one.
