To paraphrase George Costanza, "Its going to be the summer of T~Money". Perfect night to run. Weather was great so I headed to the track and did 4xmile with no less than 90 seconds walking recovery. Better than I anticipated and I felt very relaxed throughout. Only did 4 though and need to be working it up to 6 @ ~5:30 while still having that 'full of run' feeling.
