8 mile run with a 6mi pickup. First loop pretty chill ~7min miling. 2nd loop Fluke got confident about himself and pushed it hard. At the top of the hill it was only me and him and he started sprinting down. I let him go ahead and caught him on the next hill. Last loop felt pretty relaxed and I finished way ahead. 6min pace average for the pickup.
