Notes

Did all of my strength training exercises except for the triple threat and the new back exercises.

Overall my body is feeling more and more limber and loose. Will be interesting to see how the one patch works.

Hamstring-- still aching every time I sit down, groin feels tight in those exercises

arms-- feeling better, looser, more awesome!

pinky-- not bothering me really besides the occasional twinge!!

Full stretches

shoulder-- no problem w/ the hand bike

knees-- feeling alittl e looser

I am willing to believe that I am going to make a full, complete healing recovery and do things I love with Joy and Ease!
