Notes

I tried to do lap swimming, but alas, the farmington aquatic center has no lap swimming on sundays. So i did my workout in the kiddie pool. which was interesting to say the least.

legs feeling pretty sore, but in a good way. I think its that DOMS from all those hills during Saturday's race.

I really want to introduce more flexibility/strength training into my regimen. also thinking about whether i want to increase my long run or start doing tempo runs or both. I want to find a new race to sign up for!
