wow. best run pain wise ever... i noticed... nothing!!!
before, did full workout. no weight on triple threat. not hard. blue band with ankle. ankle weights on lying down ones

Back hurting today and pain in my left neck which was weird... however--- Played piano with no pain!!!
and guitar!!! and typed!!! whoa!!!! success!
after dinner, my muscles felt all constricted and weird again. maybe i should try elimination diet.
its hard to stay persistent without being too focused on results... hard to get used the constant process of bodily change. going to try to start eating better, give my body the fuel it needs for recover. still, today was overall a fantastic day and cause for celebration and persistance.
