Not a bad day to run, little warm, but there was cloud cover and low humidity...This run started badly, Just wasn't really into it at all so I let the group go and ran over the bridge by myself...Told myself I was going to run the Short Bridge and be done with it, but somewhere along the way, it got better...Decided to add Magic Island, where I ran into Jeff Chaffin...We ran his pace back to UC...Turned into a good run with good conversation...Never judge a run by the 1st mile, give yourself a chance to get into it cause you don't know how it will turn out if you give up...
