OK, it's time to admit my butt is hurting, no, really...Looks like my right piriformis muscle is inflamed and it's causing my butt to hurt...Really messing with my stride and making it tough to stretch out to run properly...Gonna reduce my work load over the next 2 weeks and stretch the area out to see if I can get some relief...If that doesn't work, gonna see my friend Kelly for some PT advice...Gonna be slow and short for awhile, hope i don't go crazy while this is going on...Oh, yeah, ran 5 in Nitro...
