Nice little humid run thru KC...Kind of ended up by myself running out on Kanawha Ave...Was only going to run 5, but decided to keep on going up Kanawha to the 3 mile mark...It turned out to be a nice little run when all said and done...There's something to be said for a run spent by yourself...
