Cool and a slight wind coming upriver...Just ran by effort, never looked at the watch, felt good, kept effort just below race pace...Going up the loop the loop on the 36th Street killed some momentum, but crossing into the dark streets of KC really made the last mile and whatever drag...MMB made a guest appearence for 2 miles on The BLVD and helped me mentally...Good run all in all...
