Good little run thru the CRW...Felt great, ran with Rob, Jeff and Kathy...Just started ez and built into it...Hill was still a beast, but really tippy toed the down hill...Cruised the flats to 10 and turned the last 5 into a progression run...Little warm, but overall a good run for me...Really enjoyed the day...
