Nice little 10 miler to St Albans with Laurie, Kristi, Sara Brad Jo Anne and Jimmy...Just kind of ran what everyone else wanted to run...Cool, clear and no wind, nice day to be outside running through Nitro...Felt good and kind of picked it up a bit at the end...
