Triple H day in The CRW...Ran toward the shade which meant hills...No problem though, good trade off...Little slow up the Carriage Trail, but the rest of the run was just fine...Gonna have to incorporate more hills into the mix...Speed work in disguise...No one wanted to go along, so just ran em myself...
