Good little morning run to celebrate Memorial Day...Me, Laurie, Scott, Rich and Brad ran out thru the City of Nitro celebrating Memorial Day...EZ run with lots of laughing and a selfie on Broadway...Felt good and didn't even pay attention to the pace...Great run to end the long weekend...
