Mixed bag today...Little warm, but got going and ran with Michael Haid, Clay Evans, The Wand, Dead Red and Wayne...Slow run up to The Carriage Trail...Group kind of got scattered all over the Trail, but regrouped for the downhill...Ran the last 2 miles trying to keep up with Clay...Good run...
