Cool and sunny...1st 10 miles are on a packed gravel rail trail dropping at a good grade to allow for good running...Stayed conservative thru 7 and then tried to push the last 6...Last 3 miles were on pavement in mostly in the sun...11 to 12 are uphill and felt good even though slowed a little...Good race, chased and caught Lynn but couldn't catch TLC...Had a great time...
