Last long run before Toledo...Good run thru Kanawha City with TLC, Lynn and Joann...Little stick, but cloudy...Ran thru the 1st 8 just bumping along, then dropped the last 3 down to HMGP, 1 and 3 were spot on, but TLC had us running a little hot on mile 2...Felt good, ready to pace TLC for the 1st 8 next Sunday...
