Ran with the TTC on a cool cloudy day...Flash, GG, the Wand and TLC...Felt ok, went 4 with TLC and added 2 more to the boat dock...Still feeling the butt a little, but ok as we got warmed up...Almost got under 9 for a mile with no problem...Sitting is still no fun...
