4 mile up river from Magic Island to Daniel Boone Park...The race started at an insane pace...Most runners started out way over their heads so by Haddad Park, the pretenders had burned them selves out...Had a good steady start with legs feeling good...I ran the tangents while everyone else was hugging the curb...Chased Jessie for 3 miles and finally caught her...The chase was what kept me running hard...Scott Haynes passed me at the 35th Street Bridge and stuck to him till the finish and handed off to Ansell...Andy Knap was our biker...We were 3rd overall team and 1st coed team...
