OK, it was full on sun at the start, and hot and as we got started the temps rose over 80, ran real smart, but still got busted the last 3 miles...Game plan was to be conservative, drink at all the water stops and try and get in under 4:20 and stay out of the med tent...I succeeded in everything but the med tent...Failed, there, last 3 miles were a grind, but I hung in there though...I thought I was good to go as i was coming off Heart Break, I had my head up and moving down hill was no problem...But, the tail wind was a thief and got me in the end...Still and all, it was a great day, I love Boston and it did not disappoint...
