Pain in the butt run..Gonna run at Marshall Marathon pace the next 2 weeks...Arrrghhh!

Best stretch for me has been holding the extended lunge stretch for 20+ seconds and the yoga stretch "Warrior Pose" (sort of like holding a squat position)

Thanks I have consulted Kelly McGraw and she has me doing some stretches that have reduced the pain in just 3 days I had Brittany, who is a DO to be, adjust my hips last night and she helped get my right pelvic bone back in line I'm taking it easy for about 2 weeks and running with JohnnyG back in the back Staying flat and slow with a hot tub session when I get home Already have felt the relief and gonna take it easy Kelly feels I should be back to normal in that time Thanks for the info run on
