Tonite was an embrace the suck night...Cold, windy, snow, rain and some sleet...Tough going into the wind and parcipitation...By the time I turned my back to the wind, I was done...Good news is I got it done and felt better after for it...Only 2 other runners out there besides me, must have been a bad day ;-)
