Well, this was a tough little workout with PZ...2 mile warmup to the lake with Tommy and PZ at an ez effort, then me and PZ tackled 4 X 800 downhill repeats with 800 recovery...Little steep at the top, but it smoothed out pretty quickly...Good grouping of the time of each repeat and a negative split for all...2 mile cool down back to the Industrial park...Really good run...
