Sunny and cool, ran with a big group on the last real work out for Boston...Cruised up through KC while doing a 1600, an 800 and 2 x 400...TTC secret final workout for big races...Felt great, cruised all intervals at 8 min pace except last 400, which was down grade...Missed the 1st 400 due to operator error...Ready to roll to Boston...No injury issues or health issues...Gonna be an epic Boston!

My arm is sore from high fiveing...Incredible day...Boston crowd was absolutely insane and throw in the fact I was wearing a Boston Strong T and a tutu and it was a rolling wave of sound from start to finish...So grateful I was there, it was something special...Was almost last off the line and it was ok...Died a little in the hills, but that was expected in the heat...No problem, just let me enjoy the crowds longer...
