Well, me, Jimmy, Rich Joe and some MS kids (Ashley Olivia Christian and Brady) set off for the SA/Nitro Bridge on a cool cloudy morning to run..Pace was quick for the 1st 2 miles and then we kind of spread out with me staying with a dying Ashley...Things started to speed back up on the way back...2 of the MS decided to go the full 10 with me and Jimmy...Brady and Ashley...felt good the whole way and the temps were very nice...
