Nasty ass day to run, cold, rain and wind...Took a little while to get warmed up and shake off yesterday...Wind was brutal heading east and the rain was a steady sideways down pour, but got it in...Was only going to run 5K, but once you're wet, there's no getting wetter so kept it goin for another 5K...lots of satisfaction in that...
