Cold morning to run with Nicole, Brian, Rich and Stephan from Huntington...Just kind of ran with the group at their pace...Felt good throughout...No strain and no pain...Started and finished at Winfield HS to add miles to Rocky Step...Ran in the NB 980 and they felt great except someone laced them wrong and my right foot was tingling about half way through the run,,,I will blame me on that call...Corrected for the next run...
