Unscheduled tempo run tonight...Me, Gail, Alathea, Sarah and Scott ran the short bridge on a cool windy night...1st two miles down the river were into the wind...Kind of a cool warmup...Then Sarah and Scott started to cruise back up the Blvd with the wind at our backs...I went along and just hung on...Last mile was by myself, but felt good and warm after the initial start...Good run...
