Great run thru The CRW with a bunch of folks for the 1st few miles and then it was me Scott Laurie and Sarah in it for the long haul...Good run with some good effort on those miles...Enjoyed the run and the day...After about 11, I wanted it to be over...Nice little finish the last mile...
