Not a good way to start a run thru Taperville...Cool and windy day...Wasn't feeling it from the start...Ran the Short Bridge, starting with Tommy and Don...Stomach wasn't happy at all, made it across the bridge and into the restroom at the office...It was a slow struggle to get there...After a bout in the bathroom, ran up river with the wind at my back, but it didn't help much...Quads are sore from Saturday i reckon...Glad to get this one done and in the books...Tomorrow will be a better day...
