Notes
Well, the rain kind of stopped, the sky brightened and i was the 2 hour pacer and declared we were running 9 minute miles...I had 2 runners with me past the 1 mile mark...Lost one between the 2 and 3...We kept cruising along running right near the 9 minute mark by time, not by the watch splits...5 miles in 45:04 and 10 miles in 1:29:55...All over it all day...Lost my 2nd runner after 7 and finished alone right on the money...Got hard near the end, running on tired legs...Overall, the weather held pretty much...Good run, volunteers were awesome...Enjoyed the experience overall...
