Well, it was an experience...Ran with carol, Gail and Shawn...They were slow...Should have left when the walking started...New shoes and for the first time in a long time, they were not good to go out of the box...Break in will be needed, or maybe better socks...Not a real good running day, but the company was good and as always, bad runs are way better than no running at all...
