Great day to run a race for The Union Mission folks...Really ran controlled and smooth for this race...Rolled out with the gun and stayed back a little from all the runners going out way over their heads...Little fast thru the 1st 800, but got under control and stayed consistent the rest of the race...Passed a lot of runners after the 1st mile and the second half...Felt good throughout, wasn't all the way into the wall, but was pretty damn close...74th OA and 1st in AG...Won a PIE!
