Another day, another half marathon...Foggy, hot, humid and mostly flat with one hill around 10...Really felt good even after running in KC yesterday, kind of eased into the race and then just ran how I felt, never looked at the watch one time, ran kike I felt, the hill around the capitol was a little bit of a grind, but the run back down was nice...Good solid fast finish to get me in...
