Me and Laurie ran 20 with Jim running the 1st 10 and Rich running the last 10...Cool, windy and cloudy with some sun...Front was moving thru causing the weather changes...We ran the 1st 10 on rolling terrain out to the Moose and around the High School not really pressing, just rolling along...3rd 5 with Rich and we ran the western end of the park doing loops and Rich pulling us along...Last 5 was a progression run on the Bad Land end, with each mile going a little faster...Good run overall after getting started and the way we ran it broke the loops up...1 month to Boston...
