Damn, it was cold and windy and the sun was not helping at all...Me PZ The Mayor and Twink met to run some downhill repeats...Warm up the hill and the wind was at our backs so it didn't feel to bad...The repeats down were into a pretty strong head wind, but still ran them pretty consistently...Lots of parking lot loops to get to 10 miles but we got it all done...It was a great run after we were done...
