Warm but not real humid...Slim pickens tonite for running partners so i was stuck with Glenn and JR for a tour of the Short Bridge...We ran nice and easy till just past the Capitol and dropped into a 7 min pace for a mile toward the bridge...Easy over the bridge and then a 6:55 mile down to the gas company...Way out of my comfort zone but no problem, good run with the guys tonite...
