Great morning to run with the TTC...Felt great from the start and it showed...Started with the fast guys and just worked my way into it...Glenn, JR and Marshall kept it civil till the 4 mile hill and they kept up the pace and I couldn't...That was okay, the were in sight the whole way and Glenn dropped off around the 7 and gave me a target to shoot at, caught him inside the last 2 tenths...That was a great way to top off a fast week...

Real good day, not gonna get to run Poca outright, so kind of made this my Poca Day...Fast guys started at a pace I could handle and just went from there...I am having the worst luck picking races, I have to time Run for your Life on the same weekend as WV 5K...I gotta get a handle on my schedule...Next week gonna jump into some speed work...Lightly though, haven't done any in who knows how long, don't wanna break me...
