J still in DC, so had dinner w/ R & A and took Speedy for a run in the stroller + bubble after getting him into PJs. ("I ride in bumble bee?" "Do you mean the bubble?" "Yeah.") Awesome run, by time & HR, in the rain. Was to be 5x1K (400RI), so I went with 5x4:00 keeping my HR around 160, with RI of 2-2:30 easy jogging. The penultimate interval, I was checking my watch after 2 minutes, ready to stop, and the last one I really had to push to keep the pace/HR up there at the top of the zone, but it felt like a really quality run.
