actual: .75 mi warm-up @ 148 HR; ran slowly w/ R to Alewife & back; back to B'way and up (1 mi warm back up to tempo pace...); 6 x 250m up hill at 10% grade and hard effort (Main St-Dartmouth on B'way), w/ jog back down hill for recovery.
legs super tight starting out -- achy hips, tight hamstrings all the way to R's. Hills felt good. Nothing that a little No Doubt can't cure.
