Not sure if heart-rate monitor was off or my heart just wasn't in it. Felt lousy, slow, tired, even though I felt like I was pushing at tempo level of difficulty. J ran with me, with stroller, to help me get out the door and be my pace bunny, but I ended up having to slow down and just go by exertion.
