Solid run today at Reedy. Slept in and then went to Reedy with Alex, Gebhart, and Josh. Gebhart rolled from the start and we all kept up with him more or less for the first loop. After going into the single track Gebhart took off and no one went with him. Alex peeled off and went back after the ruins. Josh and I started really rolling on the single track once we hit the 'Big Oak Trail.' We rolled all the way back to the a-frame. Felt pretty bad at the start but started feeling better after the 30 minute mark.
