Pretty solid race at Duke today. 1hr rain delay so they put it on a rolling schedule afterwards. Didn't have very long to get ready after the warmup, wasn't able to put atomic balm on the back because Anthony was MIA.
Got out well and didn't slide backwards over the first 400. Got around a guy during the second lap per Gibby's instructions. Settled in the third lap and waited. With 200 to go went around the leaders and kicked it in to win the heat. Pleased with the way I competed despite the heat being rather slow.
