Providence Invite:
woke up at 3, on the bus at 4, raced at 9:30. warmed up starting at 8:45, 15min then drills and get spikes on then pickups on the line and then race!
went out pretty quick 67 first quarter and 4:57 first mile couldn't run that fast, couldn't get up to front pack. settled down (2mile in 10:05) and started picking people off and rolling pretty well. felt like I had a considerable amount left, fatigued at end but nowhere near spent
quite pleased with fitness level this early on, especially since I haven't working out. coach says I'm fitter than I think I am
